Return & Refund Policy
In the tech world, speed is everything. Our return policy is designed to be as fast and reliable as the accessories we sell, ensuring you are never stuck with a product that doesn’t meet your technical needs.
3.1 The 7-Day Replacement Window
We offer a 7-day replacement or return window for most items. To qualify, the product must be in its original, untampered packaging with all seals, manuals, and protective films intact.
3.2 Non-Returnable Tech Items
For technical and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
- Screen Protectors: Once the adhesive backing has been removed.
- In-Ear Headphones: Due to hygiene standards once the seal is broken.
- Software/Digital Codes: Once the code has been revealed or sent.
3.3 The Verification Process
- Notification: Contact
support@mobilemate.storewithin the window. Include photos of the packaging and the item. - Diagnostic: For electronic items (chargers, power banks), our team may provide remote troubleshooting steps first.
- Return Shipping: Once approved, you will be provided with a return authorization. For defective items, we cover the return shipping costs.
3.4 Refunds and Credit
- Quality Check: All returns undergo a 48-hour technical inspection.
- Refund Channels: Refunds are issued via the original payment method or bank transfer within 7–10 business days.
- Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee may apply to “Change of Mind” returns where the product box has been opened but the item is otherwise unused.
3.5 Damaged or Dead on Arrival (DOA)
If your tech arrives damaged or fails to power on immediately, notify us within 24 hours. We will expedite a priority replacement at no additional cost. Your tech uptime is our priority.
